Those looking for employment in serviced offices in Northampton could see a brighter future ahead of them, according to one expert.
Steve Huxham, chairman of the Recruitment Society, claimed that the private sector is faring well since the recession and will continue to do so if the government ensures it does not derail recovery.
He suggested that rules about employment will play a big role in whether certain areas of the economy will be free to begin offering jobs, but that overall the private sector is looking healthy.
It will depend on "how much flexibility the government introduces through employment legislation, particularly for the smaller businesses, to increase the desirability of them to want to recruit", he added.
Peter Panayotou, senior consultant at The Write Stuff recently said that job hunters should treat their CV as a "sales pitch" to potential employers and highlight the most positive aspects of their experience.
