These 'Clickizens' have different perceptions of what constitutes time at work or a place of work, having never known a world without laptops, mobile technology and the internet.
He expanded upon this by stating this means young people do not intend to stay at one company for their entire career and employers must accept this if they want younger employees to reach their potential.
"Change is constant, it is context that is variable," he concluded.
Vice-president of travel and leisure at Progress Software Joshua Norrid recently said businesses should encourage innovation, with modern technologies becoming even more integral to office work.
