Jobseekers may want to follow one expert's advice in order to secure positions at serviced offices in Edinburgh.
Dominic Warman, manager of executive search at Handle Recruitment, explained how it is important that people "sing and dance about achievements" when compiling their CV.
He described how many businesses are looking to fill senior roles and are very particular about their requirements.
Discussing trends among clients that use his company, Mr Warman said: They're not particularly keen on lowering their pre-requisites, so [candidates are] having to really match what they're asking for."
It was suggested that individuals include facts about large clients they looked after, how they helped increase percentage uplifts in certain areas and what they brought to their previous employment through their skills.
President of CareerBuilder EMEA Tony Roy recently advised individuals to keep their CVs concise and use bullet points to highlight key points, so as to prevent an employer losing interest.
