Students hoping to secure positions at serviced offices in Cardiff may want to take one expert's advice and begin their job search early.
Dan Hawes, co-founder of the Graduate Recruitment Bureau, explained how the sooner people begin looking for vacancies the more likely they are to find a role.
"Despite graduates in the last couple of years struggling to find jobs by leaving it too late, we're still finding that the message hasn't sunk in," he commented.
It was suggested that individuals begin the application process during their final year before they complete their course.
In addition, Mr Hawes described how making preparations even sooner can be beneficial.
He recommended "breaking it down into small steps" such as compiling a CV in the first year so there is less pressure in the last few semesters at university.
His comments follow a recent report by PricewaterhouseCoopers that revealed the firm has 50 vacancies for graduates to begin working at its assurance practice in April.
