Large businesses may be seeking serviced offices in Cardiff, as they are leading the way in creating more jobs.
A spokeswoman for Jobsite explains there was a 47 per cent rise in the overall number of positions available at Jobsite.co.uk during February, when compared with the same month of 2010.
"This increase is being led by large corporates, with smaller businesses still being slightly more cautious with recruitment, but will hopefully follow the lead of these larger organisations in the near future," she says.
IT and engineering are proving to be strong sectors and there has been positive activity across both industries, the representative adds.
Her comments follow the REC/KPMG Report on Jobs, which was published on March 9th.
It found there was a strong and accelerated rise in permanent and temporary staff billings last month.
Permanent positions rose at their sharpest rate for ten months and temporary billings climbed at a level not seen since May 2007.
