New workplace dispute laws proposed by the government could affect employers operating out of serviced offices in Cardiff.
Prime minister David Cameron has announced reforms to employment laws that are designed to help small businesses to "flourish and expand".
He stated that the government plans to reduce regulation, while ensuring staff and bosses are treated fairly.
Business secretary Vince Cable said: "Disputes in the workplace cost time and money, can affect morale, reduce productivity and hold back businesses."
The proposals outline plans to streamline the system so that disagreements can be dealt with as early and easily as possible.
Among the suggested reforms include encouraging parties to resolve problems among themselves and increasing the qualifying period for employees to make a claim for unfair dismissal to two years.
The current Employment Charter provides organisations with information on what they can and cannot do when managing their workforce and how to deal with situations that arise.
