Flexibility has been described as vitally important for small businesses, news which may be of interest to companies operating out of serviced offices in Cardiff.
T-Mobile's director of SME marketing Martin Lyne described how the conventional nine-to-five working hours are no longer seen as a true reflection of business by 50 per cent of organisations.
"With small businesses often running a tight ship in terms of finances and expenditure ... it's considered hugely important to be flexible enough to scale up or down, according to the situation," he commented.
Mr Lyne explained that more than a third of less-sizeable companies disagree with the notion that a working week lasts from Monday to Friday.
Instead, it was suggested that organisations are increasingly looking to provide a flexible service and are able to do so through mobile technology.
In order to reflect this, T-Mobile recently announced four new pay-monthly phone plans created with small businesses in mind.
