Effective communication can help improve morale at companies operating out of serviced offices in Cardiff and elsewhere.
This is according to chief executive of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Ruth Spellman, who explained managers need to talk to their staff on a regular basis in order to ensure they are happy.
She called on bosses to ensure personnel are "engaged and involved", adding issuing regular updates on the firm's progress will help workers feel valued.
Motivated personnel who are enthusiastic about their employer can also be a valuable resource for enterprises using services offices that want to raise their profile, Ms Spellman continued, noting workers can be "passionate" on behalf of the business.
Taking steps to improve morale may be an important issue to address for many managers using serviced offices, as 70 per cent of those questioned for the CMI's recent Economic Outlook Survey admitted spirits have worsened among their workforce over the last six months.
