Businesses using serviced offices in Cardiff may want to make questionnaires they intend on using for research easy to complete, following advice from one expert.
Bradley Little, head of NM Incite, said his company has experienced a high response rate to its surveys as a result of not asking individuals to do too much.
He added that because the studies are not taking 45 minutes to finish, the results gained have been positive.
"You get some good insights out of questioning and … good insights out of listening, so when you combine the two you're going to get more of an answer towards strategy," Mr Little noted.
His comments follow research released by the Internet Advertising Bureau earlier this month, which revealed a rapid growth in online, video, social and performance marketing.
The study showed spending in web marketing increased by ten per cent to nearly £2 billion for the first half of 2010.
