Companies in serviced offices could soon see positive growth, as one expert has recognised increasing confidence among small and medium enterprises.
Rosa Wilkinson, managing director of UK Trade and Investment, said: "There is a return to confidence across the business community … as businesses wake up to new opportunities around the world and begin to seize them."
Although many organisations have experienced tough times during the recession, she continued, it is important they identify new customers.
Ms Wilkson noted the businesses that do so will be the ones to succeed and develop.
Furthermore, Adrian Tripp, chief executive officer of the European Business Awards, stated organisations that are thriving have a positive outlook and find solutions even when the market is struggling.
And companies in serviced offices might like to take these tips on board in order to develop as the economy comes out of the recession.
Earlier this month, the British Bankers' Association announced the launch of a body to look at why banks are failing to lend to small firms.
