Employers at serviced offices in Cardiff may recruit new staff with confidence following reforms to the tribunal system.
Phil Flaxton, chief executive of Work Wise UK, explained that recently there has been a "dramatic" rise in staff looking to take their bosses to court.
He described how this must either be due to standards of employment falling or it becoming too easy to bring a claim.
It was suggested that this is likely to have had a negative effect on organisations and, as a result, an overhaul of the current system could be necessary.
"The more robust and fair the system is to both parties, the more it will effectively reduce the number of claims that have been made over the last three years," Mr Flaxton stated.
Elsewhere, employment solicitor at Stephensons Solicitors LLP Paul Quinn recently advised companies to be transparent about their redundancy process to avoid potential tribunals.
