Those looking for offices to rent could find themselves affected by news the construction industry has seen a decrease in activity.
A report from Savills revealed that in June total commercial development activity fell by 2.8 per cent, following two months of growth.
Public sector activity declined at the fastest rate since January last year, showing a 28.6 per cent decline.
Businesses may find a move to a serviced office is of benefit during the ongoing economic turbulence.
Richard Diment, director general at the Federation of Master Builders, suggested uncertainty has been seen since the election, which may not go until the government makes its plans clearer.
He added: "It is disappointing but probably not overly surprising; given everything else we have been hearing over the last few months."
In the recent emergency Budget, chancellor George Osborne announced capital spending cuts, something that may have had an impact on some firms.
