Businesses looking for high-quality offices to rent in Cardiff may wish to consider a move to Temple Court, it has been suggested.
A number of firms may currently find themselves under increased financial pressure due to the continuing economic uncertainty in the UK and be looking for a solution that avoids great expense and long-term leases.
Office Space in Town client Wynne Jones Laine and James found themselves in need of new workspace and after consideration decided a serviced office at Temple Court, Cardiff would meet their requirements.
David Bush, from the company, stated it is now approaching the first anniversary of its arrival in Cathedral Road.
He said: "The decision to extend our occupancy was almost a 'rubber-stamp' business decision in light of the continuing high levels of staff support and service provided."
Shantel Irwin, business development manager at Pilotlight, another Office Space in Town client, suggested the staff at Cathedral Road made them feel very welcome.
