Employees may be more likely to accept jobs in serviced offices in Edinburgh if they offer reward-based pay, new research has suggested.
Recruiter reports how a survey conducted by Advantage Professional company Crone Corkhill showed that money incentives top the list of desirable qualities in a potential job.
London-based office support professionals were questioned about what would be the deciding factor in accepting a position and more than half stated bonuses and reward-based pay.
Gabrielle Drake, associate director of Crone Corkill, commented: "Gone are the days when salary was enough to recruit and retain top talent for your business; providing attractive employee benefits is now just as important."
Pension schemes polled in second place as an attractive offer, with just under a quarter listing them as desirable.
Meanwhile, healthcare was selected by 20 per cent of those asked and two per cent stated gym membership and a company car.
