There may be an increase in workers at serviced offices in Cardiff following reports that the number of job vacancies in the city has risen significantly.
Yolk Recruitment noticed a 65 per cent growth in positions being advertised by Welsh employers in January compared with the previous month, Recruiter reports.
The sectors showing the most available positions were marketing, IT and manufacturing, it was noted.
Compared with January 2010, total job postings were up 63 per cent and the number of individuals looking for work rose by 82 per cent.
The company's managing director Duncan Powell said: "With the market stabilising employer confidence is returning and the number of new job opportunities being created in Wales is on the increase."
He added that the private sector in particular was seeing an improvement with salaries remaining stable and recruiters looking for new talent.
